I completed the Recovery Coach Academy training course with Erin in March of 2019, and honestly enjoyed it so much that I didn’t want the week to end. Not only did she create a fun and safe environment/atmosphere for us to learn in, but the unexpected vulnerability and group unity with the other classmates was an amazing experience.

I had the extreme privilege to participate in the Recovery Coach Academy Class that Erin Pownall Burns taught. It was undeniably one of the best courses I’ve taken. The class was intimate and fun and full of useful tools. Not only could I apply the tools learned to help others, I can apply it to my own life. It helped me become more aware of myself and helped me grown into a better person. Highly recommended. Awesome time. It was a GEM.

I took the RCA course with Erin with the intent on being able to give back more to my local recovery community. I now feel more adequately equipped to do so. My toolbox is full of new and exciting things. Erin brought her own unique experiences as a Recovery Coach and her own flair to the RCA material making it really enjoyable and engaging. I truly looked forward to each day of class.
